When I came home holiday and saw this photo I was more determined than ever to get to a healthy weight. That is when I approached Cheryl for advice and support. Her healthy eating and fitness programme has been so easy to follow.
I have never been hungry or felt like I was missing out on foods. It is a sensible way of eating and every week Cheryl has targeted problem areas both with my food diaries and exercise. Since joining Cheryl’s Life Changer programme she has done just that! I have lost 5 stone and just completed my first half marathon. Cheryl has been there every step of the way, always available to support and push me when I needed it.
Wow, can’t believe it’s been over a year now since my hubby arranged for you to come into our home and turn our lives (cupboards and fridge) around. I have to be honest, I never expected such a positive outcome and always used to think ‘personal trainers’ were a gimmicky thing for the ‘elite’……not so! Over the last year you have been instrumental in the overall fitness improvement I have experienced.
This is the first time I have followed a specific weight loss and exercise plan that doesn’t feel like being on a structured diet. Most of us women (well my friends and I) wanting to lose weight will either attend weekly weigh in sessions, or go the gym and see a Personal Trainer. This was completely different!! I have managed to stick to Cheryl’s healthy eating guidelines which she motivates and educates us each week with new recipes, meal planning ideas and workouts that I can do at home which are short and suitable for my level of fitness, so I can do my exercise when I have put the kids to bed and
The meals are quick and tasty and the best bit is they don’t involve loads of weird and wonderful ingredients I haven’t heard of before. Cheryl’s sessions are fantastic and her knowledge is exceptional. I highly recommend and cant wait to see what she has in store for us next week!
From August- December 2015 I lost 2 stone on Cheryl’s Discovery programme. I have signed up again for another 3 months as I want to look and feel fantastic for my 21st Birthday in July. With the exercise motivation and expert nutritional guidance from Cheryl I know I will achieve fantastic weight loss goals and expert nutritional advice.
I have had Personal Training with Cheryl on and off (when I need a kick up the bum) for the past 4 years! On average we train twice per week, I love the fact that each session is different. She manages to keep me motivated and interested, not always an easy task I have to say. I have also joined her Bootcamp and been on her Fitness Retreats in the Lakes. We had so much fun with excellent nutritional advice thrown in. Cheryl helped me achieve one of my greatest achievements to date. By following her training plan, mental support and motivation when needed, I was able to complete the Liverpool marathon!! Without her professional approach and extensive knowledge this would not have been possible. Being part of the Jigsaw Medical Team during the Virgin Strive Challenge 2018 was a highlight of my career. As Richard Branson and his team took on the Epic challenge of cycling through Sardinia to climbing the heights of Mount Blanc over a 6 week charity challenge I was one of the Sports Massage Therapists assisting Richard and his Team with their daily recovery.
