BESPOKE TRAINING SESSIONS

Cheryl Dean Fitness and Nutrition Coaching provides one to one Personal Training and Nutritional advice in a fun and motivating environment. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, a regular gym bunny or a seasoned athlete Cheryl can help you get the most out of your training and utilise your time effectively to help you reach your fitness goals.
Along with expert nutritional advice, Cheryl will create effective weekly Personal training programmes that are tailored to suit your goals and ability. Cheryl will also design an exercise plan for you to use at home or in the gym to help keep you motivated and on track 7 days of the week.
If you are unsure of where to take the first step in yout health and fitness journey Cheryl provides a comprehensive CONSULTATION which involves a no obligation chat about your fitness, goals, health and nutrition. If you’re happy with how things are going then we can use this time to put in place the Kickstarter Plan.

60 MINUTES

A typical Personal Training session lasts 60 minutes & includes work to strengthen & condition the body whilst at the same time reducing body fat (usually mistaken for wanting to lose body weight). Combined with posture correction & injury prevention.
During the consultation Cheryl will do a full Body Composition Analysis. This includes –
• Blood Pressure
• Weight
• Body Composition Analysis – (Body fat %, Muscle Mass % Hydration Levels, Basal Metabolic Rate, Visceral Fat)
• Body measurements – (Arms, Chest, Waist, Hip, Thigh)
If after the consultation you want to try a 20 minute taster session I will throw this in for FREE.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Your Personal Training sessions will involve a variety of fun and enjoyable training methods such as:
Body Weight strength training
HIIT Training sessions for the ultimate Fat Blast
TRX Suspension Training for all round toning and strength
Boxing
Cycling – Spin based sessions for sports specific and fitness
Stability ball sessions for abs and back strength
Kettlebell exercises
Flexibility and stretching with resistance bands and supported stretching
Foam rolling and Sports massage also available
